Unter Linux mit Wayland (Gnome/KDE) funktionieren herkömmliche X11-Tools wie xdotool nicht mehr. ydotool emuliert Tastatur-, Maus- und Touch-Eingaben direkt auf uinput-Kernel-Ebene.
